Order and delivery questions
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking. You can also use our Track Your Order page. UK delivery is free, and most UK orders arrive within 7-12 business days of payment. See our Shipping Policy for other countries and Express options.

Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please email us before sending anything back. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage.
