Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Use it with either free tracker below to see where your parcel is.
How to track your order
- Find the shipping confirmation email from Haven & Co. and copy your tracking number.
- Open one of the trackers below and paste your tracking number in.
- Press track to see the latest updates.
Good to know
- Most UK orders (about 90%) arrive within 7-12 business days of payment.
- Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. A small number take longer, and we'll email you if yours does.
- Tracking can take 2-4 days to show updates after dispatch, so please check back if nothing appears straight away.
