Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Haven & Co. order. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Your right to cancel: If you are in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it. We give you longer: you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to return: Email adepojujohn435@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, include a photo. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before we reply.

Eligible items: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery may be refused or partly refunded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll offer a replacement or full refund and cover the return shipping.

Change-of-mind returns: You pay the return shipping. Original shipping is refunded where the law requires it.

Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank may need extra time.

Cancelling an order: Email us before it ships. After it ships, the returns process above applies.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory consumer rights.
