Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, the UAE, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. The options for your address are shown at checkout.

Where your order ships from: Many of our products are dispatched from overseas warehouses, so delivery takes longer than from a local store.

Processing time: Most orders (about 90%) are processed within 1-3 business days of payment. A small number take longer, and we'll email you if yours does. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery options and times

United Kingdom: Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Most UK orders (about 90%) arrive within 7-12 business days of payment. Express shipping is also available at checkout for £6.99.

European Union: Standard £14.99, about 8-18 business days from the day your order ships.

Other countries: Standard £23.99, about 10-25 business days from the day your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers, customs, weather and holidays can cause delays.

Customs and import charges: Orders shipped outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or carrier fees by your country. These are the customer's responsibility unless checkout says they are prepaid.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link when your order ships. It can take 2-4 days to show updates after dispatch. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email adepojujohn435@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Wrong address: Check your address at checkout. We can only change it before your order ships.
