Free UK delivery on all orders. Most UK orders (about 90%) arrive within 7-12 business days of payment. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and a small number take longer. We'll email you if yours does. Many products ship from overseas warehouses, so delivery takes longer than from a UK store. You will get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we offer a replacement or refund and cover the return postage. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. See our Refund Policy for full details.
